Returning Unopened Products for Credit or Exchange
If there is a problem with your order or any of the products you receive from us, please let us know within 7 days of purchase date. Health Canada does not allow Canadian businesses to accept open nutritional products in return. This is to prevent product tampering. If you have a concern about a product that you have received, please contact a Customer Service Representative for additional support.
If you receive written authorization to return a product for reasons other than refund, credit or exchange, you must have a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION written on the outside of your box. Call 236-420-0022 or email email@example.com for your RMA and mailing instructions.
In the event that your package is returned due to a delivery failure on the part of a courier or postal carrier, you may encounter a restocking fee. We are not responsible for incorrect mailing address information provided by customers.
